Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule:
Shift: 7p-7a Weekdays with Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 3 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state or Compact License
- 2-3 years of ICU experience (strong candidates with 2 years preferred)
- Current certifications: BLS & ACLS
- Familiarity with EMR (preferred Cerner)
- RN Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Driver's license with matching address

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and administer appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Float to ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg units as needed, with modified assignments.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT systems.

Compliance / Notes:
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
- Floating to other departments is required.
