This position involves providing high-quality patient care on a busy medical-surgical unit. The role requires a compassionate and outgoing team player dedicated to supporting patient recovery and comfort in a dynamic hospital environment. Job Details Position Description: Provide acute care nursing services in a Medical Surgical/Surgical Services unit with a 34-bed capacity, supporting a team of 50 staff members. Required Qualifications: Kansas RN license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg or Orthopedic experience, and a flexible schedule working days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., minimum of 36 hours per week. Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with traction, spine, hip, joint precautions, and advanced life support certifications such as ACLS.
