IT M365 Specialist* (IAM)

What you can expect: You will take on a responsible role in the maintenance of identity management and access management for our IAM system. You will be a key player within relevant integration projects and play a decisive role in shaping the further development and expansion of the IAM system (e.g. implementation of new interfaces). You are the central point of contact within the entire organization for all technical aspects related to IAM. Our goal is to handle as much as possible in-house. However, if necessary, we will also use external resources for targeted support. You will be in charge for controlling, monitoring, and ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the cloud-based IAM platform. You will reliably process incoming service requests, thereby ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Based on change management, you will play a very active role in the process design and optimization of the IAM system. You will contribute to the strategic development of our IAM roadmap in close collaboration with business units, IT security, and the enterprise architecture team. You will identify and evaluate new trends and technologies in IAM, translating them into actionable implementations for further development of our systems. You will conduct process reviews and workshops with stakeholders to drive continual improvement and optimize IAM-related workflows. What you bring with you: You have a few years of experience with one of the common identity and access management systems such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc. (cloud environment is an advantage) and Microsoft EntraID. You have good knowledge of JavaScript and at least a basic understanding of some programming languages in the security-environment. You have a good knowledge of SAML, REST API, OpenID Connect, SCIM. Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. Topics such as automation solutions, maintainability, security, and reliability of services are very important to you. You are very communicative with service providers, the business, and other teams within Group IT. In this context you are able to record requirements in a targeted manner and ensure successful knowledge transfer with clear and conscientious documentation and communication. You monitor technological trends in IAM, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. You are a proactive person who enjoys working in a team, combined with a confident manner and assertiveness; you are characterized by your structured, strategic and customer-oriented approach to work. Since we operate in a very international environment you should be able to communicate in English fluently. Basic knowledge of German is a plus.
