Superintendent - High End Residential A full-service design‑build contractor serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Hudson Valley since 1994. The firm specializes in custom homes, high‑end remodeling, commercial construction, and restoration projects, with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, from concept and estimating through final delivery and closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost controls to ensure profitability and timely completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Lead project planning meetings, progress updates, and on‑site coordination. Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify risks, constructability issues, and cost‑saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and long‑lead items. Mentor and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and billing schedules. Project Types You'll Manage Custom homes and luxury renovations. Residential additions and full‑scale remodels. Commercial construction and tenant fit‑outs. Design‑build renovation and restoration projects. Qualifications Required 8+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven background in residential and/or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and scheduling. Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Proficient with construction management software and MS Office. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Design‑build project experience. Hudson Valley / New York State construction experience. OSHA certification. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Job Type and Location Permanent position based out of Fishkill, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Benefits Medical, dental & vision.
