Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering cost-effective, high-quality nursing care to a defined patient population, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions. They participate in quality improvement initiatives, ongoing education, and mentorship activities, demonstrating professional growth and adherence to organizational objectives. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and current licensure (Georgia or multi-state). BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS, PALS, or NRP required within 6 months in certain units. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and applicable specialty certifications. The role involves working every other weekend and participating in holiday schedules.
