Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High integrity, professional demeanor, and a strong dependable work ethic. Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and accept professional guidance. Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or restaurant service is highly valued but not required.
