TravelNurseSource is working with Generis Tek Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Kendallville, Indiana, 46755!

Medical/Surgical and CCU is a team-oriented group with a focus on our individual team members. We care for people in our community because we are the community!

The Medical/Surgical and CCU unit is located on the second floor and has 26 beds, including 22 Medical/Surgical beds and 4 CCU beds. Both units care for patients requiring basic medical services, and patients who become more acute can transition to CCU. The unit operates at a 4–5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio for Medical/Surgical patients and a 1:2 ratio for CCU patients.

Requirements

Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
IN license can be obtained after offer.
CPR certification.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
