WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide care and treatment within a state-operated residential intermediate care facility serving individuals with mental illness, physical disabilities, behavioral health needs, developmental disabilities, and individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

Job Function:

• Shift: 8hr Evening or Night Shifts Available (EOW)
  
  
  • 2pm to 10:30pm
  • 10:15pm to 6:15am
• Provide direct, non-professional nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support patient/resident rehabilitation, mobility, and recreational activities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient/resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.
• Follow established care plans, facility policies, and instructions from licensed nurses and physicians.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Document care activities and maintain accurate records as required.

• Must be registered and certified by the state of PA
• 2+ years of experience
