This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing initiatives that help create a positive workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesProcess biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulationsAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiriesServe as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related questionsCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company eventsDevelop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvementTrack and report on employee engagement metrics and survey resultsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processes as neededAssist with HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experienceQualifications3+ years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and benefits administrationStrong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits programsExperience administering employee surveys and engagement initiatives preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detailProficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office systems
