Based conveniently on an expressway route from Raleigh, this part-time, onsite role offers 22-25 hours per week, providing a consistent schedule that allows for meaningful collaboration and focused therapy with your students. Skills and Experience Sought:

• Active licensure and credentials in Occupational Therapy with relevant experience in school-based settings
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload, tailoring interventions for a diverse student population
• Exceptional communication skills and rapport building with students, teachers, and staff
• Prior experience working across multiple sites or ability to organize and plan for efficient travel (schools are near each other)
• Strong documentation and case management abilities, including IEP participation
• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs to develop personalized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy to address students’ goals within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student participation and independence
• Travel between five school locations (all in close proximity) with mileage reimbursement provided
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Integrate evidence-based interventions and monitor progress throughout the year
