Server
Join our dynamic team as a Server and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for friendly, attentive, and professional individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
