Opportunity Details Outpatient Pediatrician in Beautiful Southern California, Temescal Valley, CA We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatrician to join Riverside Medical Clinic in Temescal Valley CA . This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse pediatric population, including infants, children and adolescents. Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-Time Associate Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week) Call: Telephonic only (minimal) Patient Volume: 22-24 patients daily Location: Temescal Valley, CA Practice Setting: Multi-specialty Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support EMR / Technology: EPIC Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions Administer immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices Compensation & Benefits Salary: $230k – $240k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement offered though BlueCross PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active or eligible California license Growth & Development Leadership and advancement opportunities Mentorship, training, or academic involvement About the Organization & Community Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC) has been a part of the community for over 90 years and is the largest independently owned and operated multi-specialty group, with over 190 providers, in the Inland Empire, the fastest growing community close to beaches, mountains and the desert.
