About the Role

100% Chiropractic St. Petersburg is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant - Patient Care Coordinator who combines genuine warmth and exceptional communication with organization, initiative, confidence, and follow-through.

This is a highly patient-facing role that blends patient care, healthcare administration, office operations, hands-on clinical support, scheduling, and care-plan conversations.

\n

You’ll build real relationships with patients, help keep a busy practice running smoothly, support patients throughout their care, and become someone our doctors, patients, and team can genuinely rely on.

\n

\n

Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is welcome, but it is not required. We care much more about strong transferable skills, emotional intelligence, ownership, organization, communication, and the ability to learn.

What You’ll Own

\n

Patient relationships and experience:

\n

\n

You’ll welcome patients by name, provide office tours, conduct health-history intakes, answer questions, communicate our approach to care clearly, and get to know the goals that matter to each patient.We want people to feel comfortable, informed, remembered, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience with us.

\n

\n

Practice operations:

\n

\n

You’ll help manage scheduling, patient communication, missed-appointment follow-up, calls and voicemails, insurance verification, patient accounts, data entry, deposits, reporting, documentation, and record-keeping. Success here means more than completing a checklist. We value someone who notices what needs attention, thinks ahead, follows things through without constant reminders, catches missing details, and recognizes opportunities to improve how things work.

Patient care and financial conversations:

\n

\n

You’ll present care plans, explain costs and payment options, and help patients work through concerns that may be preventing them from moving forward with recommended care.

\n

We’re looking for someone who combines empathy with confidence: someone who listens for the real concern, asks thoughtful questions, reconnects patients to their goals, explores realistic solutions, and is comfortable discussing value. We want someone who is confident enough to help patients work through uncertainty rather than immediately retreating when concerns arise.

Hands-on patient support:

This is more than a traditional front-desk role. You’ll help coordinate patient flow, teach exercises and home-care instructions, assist patients with spinal decompression, administer shockwave therapy after training and under doctor direction, and support patients throughout their care. Your day will include a real mix of conversation, organization, problem-solving, administrative responsibilities, and hands-on patient interaction.

Experience That May Translate Well

Healthcare experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds may include:

• Chiropractic, medical, wellness, or other patient-facing healthcare environments

• Customer service or hospitality

• Patient care coordination

• Office administration or office coordination

\n

• Scheduling and customer communication

\n

• Consultative sales

\n

• Financial counseling or payment-plan conversations

• Roles requiring organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary: $43,000-$46,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

\n

Bonus eligibility after 90 days

This is a full-time, on-site position in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

\n

7:30 AM-12:10 PM and 1:35 PM-6:15 PM

\n

Tuesday:

\n

10:30 AM-12:00 PM and 1:35 PM-6:15 PM

\n

Friday:

\n

7:30 AM-12:45 PM

\n

Midday breaks are personal time, and you are free to leave the office during them. Please carefully consider both the schedule and your commute before applying.
