Lead Line Cook The Meeting Spot – Hollywood Park Location: Inglewood, CA Position Summary The Meeting Spot at Hollywood Park is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for leading line operations during service, maintaining food quality and consistency, and upholding kitchen standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient under pressure, and committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee line operations during service Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff Monitor ticket times and maintain strong communication with FOH staff Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures Assist with inventory control and prep planning Enforce portion control and minimize waste Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of line cook experience (lead experience preferred) Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and game days What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Opportunity for growth Team-oriented environment Fast-paced, energetic atmosphere near Sofi Stadium If you are passionate about food, leadership, and being part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
