Senior Payroll Compliance Lead (Boise, Hybrid)

Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Sr. Payroll Specialist, based in Boise, ID, with flexibility for some hybrid work after settling in. The Sr. Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll reconsiloation, managing general ledgers, ensuring payroll tax compliance, and overseeing payroll services. Day-to-day tasks include accurate payroll calculations, maintaining employee records, handling tax reporting, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications Expertise in Payroll Administration (ADP), Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services Experience managing Garnishments efficiently and accurately Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes, including compliance and reporting Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with federal and state labor laws 5+ years of progressive paytoll experience Previous experience in a payroll role at a title and escrow or related industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Futura Title & Escrow
