Position Overview:

• Join a well-established and expanding Palliative Care program.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Access to a wide array of multi-specialty referral sources.
• Work within a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty.
• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding patient care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
