Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in St. Louis, MO!

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 4PM-3AM. Pay rate is $25.75 per hour O/T after 40.

Drivers will be handling local truckload deliveries, primarily drop & hook, no touch freight. You will be picking up trailers at a customer facility and delivering them to the plant daily, as well as delivering trailers with repaired pallets to the customer's facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up tractor-trailers containing wooden pallets within certain miles.
• Expected to make a certain number of deliveries.
• Expected to work 50+ hours/week.
• Will be driving automatic trucks; 53' dry vans and/or flatbeds, depending on the location.
• Complete paperwork at customer site verifying delivery and retrieval of pallets.
• Inspect truck for defects before and after trips.
• Submit reports after trips indicating truck conditions.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 23 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Class A license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Has not ever been disqualified to drive.
• Can successfully complete a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Ability to maneuver vehicle in difficult situations such as narrow passageways.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50-75 pound and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot and stand for entire shift of varying lengths in time.
• Frequently required to sit, talk hear, walk and use hands to handle, feel and reach.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes).
