Overtime Eligibility Status: Exempt Worker Type: Employee Job Description Role Overview Park Nicollet Clinic is looking for a Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Behavioral Health team. This position will split time between our Park Nicollet Maple Grove mental health clinic and the Park Nicollet Plymouth primary care clinic. This innovative program has a mission to provide brief/solution focused therapy and preventative psychoeducation for children, adolescents, and their families in partnership with pediatric and family medicine colleagues. Responsibilities Engage in early intervention for mental health concerns in children and adolescents. Provide evidence‑based, solution‑focused brief treatment and coordinate care for more advanced or acute conditions. Collaborate with medical teams and other behavioral health clinicians to deliver comprehensive care. Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients aged 0‑18 years. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings. Qualifications Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating children and adolescents (0‑18 years) with a broad range of concerns. Training, experience, and interest in evidence‑based, solution‑focused care. Licensed or licensing‑eligible in Minnesota at the Masters or Doctoral Level (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or equivalent). Five years post‑licensure experience, preferably in a medical setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to ethical practice.
