NOW HIRING: Press Operator

Montgomery, TX

Pay: $16–$20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary

Operate compression molding presses to fabricate rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts. Training provided.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate compression molding presses

Load parts, operate controls, and inspect products for quality

Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

1+ year of similar experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Ability to stand for extended periods
