Cath Lab Tech - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Flexible shifts available: 3x12 hours from 06:30 to 19:00 or 4x10 hours from 07:00 to 17:30, with on-call scheduling as required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a catheterization lab and be comfortable with on-call responsibilities, including weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Assist in various cardiac procedures including stent placements and IABP management.
• Ensure sterile techniques and equipment setup in the Cath Lab.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification required; BLS and ACLS certifications also necessary.
• Must be comfortable with on-call requirements, approximately 8 weeknights and 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
• Active state license or compact license required at the time of submission.
