RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) are sought to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and care standards. Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, evidence-based care by managing the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. Build meaningful connections with patients and families, fostering a respectful and culturally sensitive environment. Collaborate with team members, contribute to performance improvement projects, and support research initiatives. Lead in applying evidence-based practices, participate in decision-making, and support continuous improvement. Plan proactive care across the patient journey, optimize resource use, and help shape protocols to enhance patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Active RN license (single or multi-state). BLS and ACLS certifications. 2+ years recent Med Surg experience. Proficiency in computer data entry, familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
