San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis . Conveniently located near the 380 freeway and El Camino Real, we offer a collaborative clinical environment with an easy commute from San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Millbrae. The Opportunity Compensation: $50-$52+ per hour Schedule: PRN The Clinical Edge: Join a permanent, in-house rehabilitation team that prioritizes patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Your Impact Direct Care: Deliver high-quality treatments following physician-approved plans to improve and restore resident mobility and function. Team Synergy: Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to coordinate comprehensive patient recovery. Advocacy & Education: Mentor Restorative Aides and provide caregiver training to support successful discharges.
