IV Wellness Partner (Registered Nurse)

IV Nutrition's mission is to empower people to take control of their health through personalized, medical-grade wellness care. Our clinics deliver vitamin, mineral, and nutrient IV drips and injections that help clients improve hydration, energy, immunity, and recovery making advanced wellness clear, accessible, and results-driven.

Deliver Safe, High-Quality Clinical Care

• Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently, monitoring clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
• Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

• Create a welcoming, professional environment and build genuine rapport with every client
• Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits with clarity and enthusiasm
• Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly

• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
• Track, restock, and organize inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all clinical areas
• Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency

Show Up as a Team Player

• Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director to support daily priorities and team goals
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and assist with training and onboarding as needed
• Take initiative, bring accountability, and look for ways to go beyond the basics of the role

Licensure & Certifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• IV Therapy Certification required
• CPR/BLS certification required

Experience

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

Skills & Attributes

• Strong IV and injection skills with a calm, confident bedside manner
• A warm communicator who builds trust quickly and handles pressure with professionalism
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine

Good to Know

• Part-time position with clinic-based schedule
• 810 hour shifts (flexible), including some Saturdays as needed
• Hourly pay: $50-55/hour + tips + commissions
• Performance-based pay increase after 90 days
• Clear path to Assistant Clinic Director based on performance

You'll be starting IVs and caring for clients all day in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where consistency, skill, and genuine warmth matter. Clients will vary.
