Learning Technology Admin/Specialist

Our client, is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to join their team. As a Learning Technology Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing enterprise learning platforms.


Job Title: Learning Technology Admin/Specialist

Location: Warren, MI

Pay Range: $50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Deliver hands-on operational and technical support for enterprise learning platforms, ensuring system stability and platform updates.
• Support LMS-to-LMS migration, data validation, and platform stabilization activities.
• Assist with content uploads, testing, and validation of SCORM/xAPI content.
• Run and validate reports related to learner progress, completions, and user access.
• Collaborate with vendor support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues and document solutions.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years supporting enterprise LMS/LXP platforms such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of LMS administration, learning assignments, and reporting processes.
• Experience working with SCORM/xAPI content and supporting platform upgrades or stabilization periods.
• Familiarity with ticketing workflows, such as ServiceNow, and supporting operational execution.
