Customer Service Representative

Role: Associate Customer Service Representative Location: Springfield, IL 62704 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Job Type: 3+Months Contract Role Overview: This is an entry-level customer service and order-processing role supporting the Service team. The person will handle phone calls, prepare quotes, enter customer orders into SAP, coordinate urgent shipments, assign service work orders to Field Service Engineers, and perform data entry. Key Responsibilities: Answer Phone Calls Answer incoming calls. Route calls to the appropriate person/team. Provide basic customer support. Prepare Quotes Create quotes for aftermarket/service requests. Coordinate with internal teams as needed. Order Entry Enter customer orders into SAP after receiving a Purchase Order (PO). Ensure order information is entered accurately. Urgent Order Coordination Work with the shipping and warehouse teams to get urgent orders processed and shipped quickly. Service Work Orders Use ServiceMax to assign Planned Maintenance work orders to the appropriate Field Service Engineer . Parts/Instrument Receiving Process goods receipts when parts or instruments arrive. Enter/maintain the required information accurately. Team Support Help other team members with additional tasks when workload is high. Data Entry Perform accurate and timely data entry. Maintain records and information in company systems.
