Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Santa Barbara, California

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our 5-Star Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of "Santa Barbara's Premier Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing".

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care needs

• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with residents, families, and colleagues

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans and implement treatment interventions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification required

• 0 years of experience, including new graduates; flexible scheduling available (AM, PM, NOC shifts)

• Full-time or part-time positions available
