First Republic Private Wealth Management is comprised of investment management, brokerage, trust, financial planning and insurance professionals within First Republic Investment Management (FRIM), First Republic Securities Company (FRSC), First Republic Trust Company (FRTC), and Foreign Exchange. We offer customized wealth management solutions for our clients from a wide array of services including comprehensive investment management, financial planning, estate planning, trust services, endowment management and more. Duties and Responsibilities

The Trust Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the team's Trust Officers in the daily administration of Trust, Custody, Estate Settlement and Agency accounts, which involves a myriad of duties and responsibilities.

• Review account transactions, ticklers, cash overdrafts and fee processing.
• Promptly address, research and answer client requests.
• Review transaction descriptions and coding to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Complete annual account reviews for both fiduciary and non-fiduciary accounts as directed.
• Prepare and submit forms to move cash to/from accounts or portfolios to cover overdrafts.
• Draft client correspondence as requested.
• Scan incoming mail and save to client folders.
• Prepare same-day and/or future disbursement requests and perform call backs as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Administration and Operations teams.
• Administer accounts with minimum supervision from the Trust Officer(s).
• Assist in the opening and closing of accounts.
• Use a high level of discretion regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
• Become familiar with existing and new client relationships.
• Adhere to and comply with applicable, federal and state laws, bank policies and procedures, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act)

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 3 years of experience in Trust administration or related field highly preferred
• College degree or comparable job experience preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent client service and communications skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Job Demands:

• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, zoom and in person.

Base salary range

$31.97 - $43.27 per hour.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program. Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
