**Must have Cath Lab and Neuro experience

OSF ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-*** to regular and OT bill rates)
- OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation


REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:
- Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN
- Clinician's middle initial
- Requested time off
- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels

Unit Cath Lab Tech

#cases per day on average : 18
Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?): ARRT RT-R
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Coronary & neuro. High risk coronary
Job Duties: Scrubbing, monitoring, circulating
Experience or 'Must have' skills: "High risk coronary intervention & STEMI intervention scrubbing
MUST be able to scrub/circulate a STEMI
MUST be willing to learn circulating/monitoring in neuro interventional for call.
At least 3 years cath lab experience."
EMR/Equipment : Epic/McKesson
Cardiologist hours/on call: 24/7
Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: There is a supervisor/charge available during operating hours (0600-1630 M-F)
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 5 - 8Hr days/week, 0700 or 0830 start time as assigned
Weeknight/Call Requirements
Weekend/Call Requirements: 4 weekends (Sat/Sun) in 13-week assignment
Holiday/Call Requirements : Call
What is call response time?: 30 minutes
Floating Requirements: Could be floated to EP/IR
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs provided
Unit/Department specific orientation 5 shifts (1st week)
