As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you'll provide relationship based, meaningful support that creates lasting impact in the lives of youth and families. Build strong, therapeutic relationships with children, youth, caregivers, and support systems Provide hands on, skill based support that helps youth and families apply strategies in their daily environments Assess and address risk, safety concerns and crisis repsonse Help youth build and practice coping skills in everyday settings Partner with caregivers to build skills that support their child’s success Connect families to community resources Facilitate team meetings using a strength based, family centered approach Maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of youth and families Support and Team Culture You won\'t be doing this alone.
