Our client is seeking Quality Lab Technician!

The Quality Lab Technician will perform testing and inspections on tubing products to ensure compliance with customer and industry quality standards. This position supports production quality, calibrates measuring equipment, maintains laboratory operations, and assists with quality audits and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical, chemical, and mechanical testing on products and materials
• Inspect in-process and finished products to verify quality standards
• Calibrate and maintain measuring and testing equipment
• Record, organize, and maintain accurate quality records
• Assist with quality audits and production troubleshooting
• Support non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and ongoing training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with testing equipment, measuring tools, and calibration processes
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality systems is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
