Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting
• Manage patient assignments at a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float within scope of practice as operationally required
• Deliver care across weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
• Complete required compliance modules prior to start and on an annual basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Washington State
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience in a facility seeing at least 100 patients per day
• Experience working at a 4:1 patient ratio
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Current TNCC certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department workflows
