Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown NeuroThis position is located on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor, providing crucial care to patients in a stepdown unit. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and coordinating care as part of a skilled healthcare team.Schedule3x12 hour shifts from 0645 to 1915Requires 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduleMust be available to work on Memorial DayFloating RequirementsStaff may be required to float to other Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU settings as part of the role.QualificationsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationNIHSS certificationValid Tennessee or compact nursing licenseAt least 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience is requiredTravel experience is preferredEpic experience within the last 18 months is requiredAdditional InformationBoth local and first-time travelers will be considered for the position at the same rate.
