Key Responsibilities: Post new and used motorcycle sales deals accurately and promptly. Review and verify deal paperwork for legal and internal compliance. Issue payoffs for trade-in vehicles. Stocking in New and Used Vehicles Physical inventories Other duties as the need arises. Our Culture Sonic Powersport’s dealerships place a high priority on customer satisfaction. As part of our general accounting team, you play a key role in ensuring our dealership continues to be the best place to work, and in turn, the best place for our customers to shop. What we are looking for: Prior accounting dealership or Powersports experience, with deal posting experience is preferred. Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a small team environment. Clear and professional communication skills across departments. Someone that enjoys working as a team is a must.
