Trainer Production 4 / Outfitting Location: Goose Creek, South Carolina, United States. Date: Apr 28, 2026. US citizenship required . Full-time. Multiple shifts. Relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to ensure team members develop, maintain, and increase their technical and/or process knowledge. Provide orientation and training on new course materials. Select and use appropriate training aids. Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material. Monitor training personnel records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory training requirements. Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement improvement suggestions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years of related education and/or experience, or apprentice graduate/associate’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of related experience. Certification may be required.
