This outpatient facility operates with fewer than 300 beds and does not hold a trauma center designation, providing full scope urological services in a clinic-based setting. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and administrative support systems to facilitate effective urological care coordination throughout the assignment. Appropriate resources are in place to support clinicians managing outpatient urological cases on-site.

The assignment area along the Northern California coast offers access to a range of outdoor and scenic attractions. Clinicians may visit Glass Beach - three beaches recognized for their sea glass formations - or explore coastal hiking along the Mendocino Headlands State Park. Additional destinations include Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, the Avenue of the Giants, the historic Skunk Train, scenic coastal drives, and the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.

This locum tenens assignment requires a urologist to provide full scope outpatient urological coverage during day shift hours at an on-site clinic in California, with call responsibilities negotiable. Clinicians will manage 25-30 patients per day and perform outpatient procedures including prostate ultrasounds, biopsies, vasectomies, and cystoscopy. An active California medical license is required, with board certification preferred; board eligible candidates will be considered. The estimated credentialing timeframe for this assignment is 45-60 days.
