Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,692 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Oakland, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Experience

• Recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience required .
• Strong telemetry monitoring experience required.
• Ability to manage acute care patients with varying levels of complexity.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient assignments and unit needs

Required Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior EKG interpretation experience preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

Floating Requirements

• Travelers may float to other hospital units within their scope of practice.
• Depending on census and staffing needs, travelers may float to:
  • Ashby Campus
  • Herrick Campus
• Flexibility with floating between campuses and hospital units is expected.
• Travelers may receive approximately 1.5 hours' notice prior to shift start when floating is required.
• Shuttle transportation is provided when floating between campuses.

Weekend rotation requiredOn-call as needed
