You have 3+ years of residential experience and can independently install, diagnose, and maintain any system—no hand-holding required. You plan ahead, not just for today but for tomorrow. You communicate with clients like a professional, not just a repairman. When something goes wrong, your first instinct is to own it and fix it, not explain why it wasn't your fault. You are hungry to grow, humble enough to be coached, and smart enough to solve problems you've never seen before.
