As a Security Guard Loss Prevention Associate in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment for guests and staff while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Thur: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
