Job Description Schedule: 4‑10 hour shifts 2PM – Sun to Tue, Thu or Tue to Sat. Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area. Key Duties and Responsibilities Operate electric pallet jack (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders. Perform required pre‑use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Use headset‑based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code. Build safe, stable pallets—frequently exceeding 5ft in height—following proper stacking and safety guidelines. Manually shrink‑wrap completed pallets to secure the product for transport. Label and mark materials with identifying information. Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas. Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor. Operate other warehouse machinery and material‑handling equipment as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Thriving in a fast‑paced, production‑driven warehouse environment. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics. Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice‑directed picking systems). Capability to work in temperatures as low as –20°F / –25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage while wearing company‑provided PPE and freezer gear. Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs / 18kg (weight may vary by facility). Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends as needed. Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times. Pay Range $16.97 – $28.65 Benefits Safe, stable, reliable work environment.
