David Taylor HVAC and Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Anderson, SC. If you're a motivated plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Our technicians are the face of our company, providing homeowners with professional plumbing solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation of plumbing fixtures, water heaters, drains, piping, and sewer systems.
• Educate customers on repair options and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
• Complete accurate service documentation and invoices using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing systems independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred

• Experience with tankless and traditional water heaters.
• Sewer and drain experience.
• Service Titan experience (preferred but not required).
• Cross-training or HVAC experience is a plus.
