Who thrives in an automotive sales presenter role:

- Customer-focused relationship builder: comfortable engaging customers through in-person conversations to build trust.

- Excellent at listening to customers' needs, and providing an engaging and informative vehicle presentation.

- Training, schedule & career growth: ongoing sales training and coaching, approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings, Saturdays and peak business hours, with clear advancement opportunities for high-performing sales professionals.

Job requirements for automotive sales consultants:

- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

- Outstanding computer/internet and people skills

- Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

- Teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.

- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
