  • Support in the Non-Conformity Management (NCC) lifecycle, by being a part of detection, containment, and root cause analysis. Support in maintenance of NCC metrics (count, severity, time-to-containment, time-to-closure, recurrence rate) and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Project Managers (PMs) to integrate quality into schedules, budgets, and scope baselines and provide executive-ready dashboards and status updates on risk, NCCs, supplier quality, and tollgate outcomes, while championing a culture of prevention, transparency, and accountability.

  • Design and deliver training programs for project teams on quality management principles, tools, and best practices. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability. Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
