$33-$36/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

$33-$36/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation department
- Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload
- Resident-centered approach to therapy
