Full‑time, center‑based therapy schedule: Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends, no contractual obligations. Work Experience and Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months through school age. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Apply creative and advanced techniques in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and track each child’s development, contributing to customized therapy programs. Participate in a supportive team environment that embodies Lighthouse’s Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred but not required. Physical ability to lift or carry more than 50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and bend at the waist; ability to sit on the floor or chair for extended periods and move quickly between standing, seated, and kneeling positions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. Pass a background check and drug test at the time of hire (safety priority).
