Key Highlights Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM (flexible) Work Arrangement: On‑site; 70% in the office, 30% on the road Driving Distance: Up to 1.5hours one way (typically 30–40minutes) On‑Call: Every 2 weeks, rotating with the other RT; may assist with Driver duties if willing. Salary Range: $35‑$40/hr What you’ll do Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non‑invasive ventilation Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO₂, spirometry and gathering vital signs Perform other duties as required What we look for Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active OH RT license Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10–50lbs.
