Crush Solutions is hiring a motivated and outgoing Customer Sales Associate to join our team in Missouri City, TX . As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused. No prior experience is required. We are looking for dependable, people-focused candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable communicating face-to-face, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

In this role, you will work directly with customers, support local marketing and sales campaigns, assist with brand awareness efforts, and help create positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate is professional, goal-oriented, team-minded, and ready to build valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and on-site community locations, along with our Memphis office
• Recommend the best service solutions based on customer needs
• Support both new and existing accounts, including service upgrades and account adjustments
• Build customer rapport through clear communication and consultative guidance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
• Stay informed on promotions, service updates, and new product offerings
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and group performance goals
• Assist with daily marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Communicate with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner
• Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful solutions
• Support campaign coordination, customer follow-up, and sales-related activities

Qualifications
