Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: - Thursday-Saturday.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility, per supervisor.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
