Facilities Manager

Essential Functions

Plan and oversee facility maintenance operations

Provide direction and make decisions on complex matters dealing with mail services and security issues.

Purchase or lease home office capital expenditures such as furniture, copiers, faxes, phone equipment, and mail equipment.

Act as project manager over building renovation projects.

Complete requisitions checks for supplies, services, and other expenditures.

Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) risk ownership responsibilities to be conducted as assigned.
