Join a leading healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in the field of oncology. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to support a high-volume outpatient oncology practice. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and work collaboratively with a dedicated team in Uniondale, NY.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an ambulatory setting.
Deliver patient education and support to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
Offer clinical support and perform assessments to monitor patient progress.

Requirements:

Active RN license
Recent Oncology Nursing experience required
Outpatient/ambulatory nursing experience required
EPIC experience required
Strong communication, assessment, and patient care coordination skills

Location: Uniondale, NY

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
