"Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"On Call (Daily) – $3,200-$3,500 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $4800-5250 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"Call Back – $430-450 – "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."Holiday Call Back – $645-675 – "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."Schedule/Availability Requirements:Dates of coverage: June 26(7a) - July 7(7a)Shift times: 24 hour call - 7am-7amFacility Location: St Alexius - Dickinson, NDSetting: HospitalFTE: 1.0Duties: Treat and manage orthopedic patients coming into the ER from our facility.Required Procedures: Any orthopedic OR procedures, stabilizations, splinting.EMR: Meditech, AllscriptsSupport Staff: ER staff, OR staffReason for Coverage: Current provider unavailable this timeframeAdditional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:Patients/day – 2-5 patients per day, but this number could increase due to community events.Types of cases – Trauma, fractures, dislocations, sprains, strains, tendon rupturesTravel Preferences: Preferred LodgingAir Travel: Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeksCredentialing with other facilities?
